We established our LegacySt Germain Academy began as St Germain High School in January 1944. Founded by Late Rev. Thomas Pothacamury, the then Archbishop of Bangalore. Here are some key highlights
Until 1961, the students were prepared for the Bangalore European Secondary School Examination (Std XI) and the Cambridge Overseas Examination. From 1962 to 1969, the State Government used to conduct the Anglo-Indian secondary School Certificate (AISSC) Examination. Since then, the ICSE Examination is conducted at the end of std X. The school also prepared students for the local Std X (SSLC) Examination from 1977 to 1990. The school now follows only the ICSE syllabus.
