Registration forms for admission to NURSERY/ LKG / UKG / STD I will be available online from Monday, 4 th December 2023 to 31st January 2024.

Guidelines

2 – Upload Documents

  • Birth Certificate (with the full name of the child) Photograph of the child (50kb).
  • Baptism Certificate & Parish Priest letter (Roman Catholics only)
  • Income Proof /Salary Certificate of both the parents Copy of the highest qualification of both the parents
  • Address proof (any one): Aadhar/ Rental Agreement with Electricity Bill/Gas Bill /Passport / Driving License
  • Self-attested copy of Std. X Marks Card of parent, if the parent is an alumnus of St. Germain High School

3 – Payment

Pay Rs.500/- for Application Form (Non-refundable).

4 – Submit

Submit the Registration Form.

5 – Download

Download the filled in Registration Form

6 – Please Note

  • The Candidate have to take a proficiency assessment which will be done through Online Interaction with the teacher.
  • Shortlisted candidates are expected to attend the final interview for admission. Seats to LKG in this School are limited. Parents are advised to seek admission in other Schools also.
  • Recommendations of any kind will disqualify the Candidate.
